DAVE BRANDT, P.E.

PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Brandt has more than 50 years of experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer. He has been a Principal / Owner of a full-service, multi-disciplined engineering firm for more than 30 years. During his early years as a Project Manager for a large international corporation, he successfully completed more than $200 million per year in design, purchasing, bidding, construction and start-up phases for large industrial projects. As a Department Head, his responsibility increased to more than $500 million in new and renovation construction projects throughout the United States. With his extensive background in architecture, engineering and construction, Mr. Brandt possesses the ability to provide unique solutions to unusual engineering challenges. His extensive design-build experience, from the owner’s perspective, helps him understand the needs and requirements of clients.

Mr. Brandt’s role at AEC, Inc. includes oversight of all projects business development, quality control and coordination between disciplines, owners and architects. He has served as Engineer of Record for well over $5 billion in new construction throughout the Delaware Valley and mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
