Jericho National Golf Club

New Hope, Pennsylvania

Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc. provided a full range of engineering services for this new golf club facility, including civil engineering for the land immediately adjacent to the clubhouse.  The two-story 28,000 square foot clubhouse sits atop a hill overlooking the golf course, and has a 150-seat dining room and a banquet facility to accommodate 300 guests.

The superstructure is a steel frame with light gauge steel trusses to accommodate the complex roof design and the non-combustible structure.

The mechanical system consists of individual air-handling units with separate controls for specific areas. To maintain constant air pressure in the kitchen, the hood/make-up air system was tied into the kitchen air conditioning and a building exhaust fan. Pressure is maintained whether or not the hood is in use.
